We’ve been lucky enough to work at Burlton Manor many times now, and every single visit reminds us why it’s one of our favourite venues in Shropshire. It’s not just the building — although the barn is one of the most stunning rustic‑modern spaces we’ve photographed — it’s the people behind it. The team at Burlton Manor are genuinely unmatched. Their dedication to each couple, and the way they look after their suppliers too, is something really special. Every wedding feels seamless because they care about every detail, every moment, and every person involved.

There’s a real warmth to the place. The gardens, the grounds, the architecture — everything feels considered, beautiful, and full of character. As photographers, we’re spoiled for choice with endless spots for portraits, quiet moments, and those natural, in‑between shots we love. The space itself is huge; more than suitable for big weddings, it never feels cramped or chaotic. It’s a venue that breathes.

Couples have flexibility here. With an array of on-site accommodation, and the option to stay before and after the wedding, it becomes more than just a venue — it becomes a full weekend experience. The bridal suite is gorgeous and perfectly laid out for those calm, meaningful morning moments, and the groom’s prep space is amoungst the best we’ve seen. It’s rare for both sides of the wedding party to have equally brilliant spaces, but Burlton Manor absolutely nails it.
